- ALL students received a consent form that needs to be filled out and turned into the school by Wednesday 10/4 (hand in to any of your child’s teacher) if you want your child to receive this vaccine on campus. The flu clinic is on FRIDAY OCTOBER 6th
- 6th grade students only: Health and hearing screening will be done on all 6th grade students on Oct.17, 2017. Screening consists of hearing, vision, height, weight, body mass index, and scoliosis.
