Complete this form to request a schedule change. Valid reasons for schedule changes include missing a core class, scheduled into a class that you have already completed, or you are missing Band 2/3, AVID 2/3, or a Gifted Class. Changing a core content teacher will require a complete change of team for all four core classes. Schedule change requests are reviewed by our Guidance Department. Please remember that changing an elective might result in a complete schedule/team change.
